Bio: Holland enjoyed a break-out season in 2008/09, making the most of his opportunities with incumbent spinner Bryce McGain out injured. The left-arm orthodox bowler played all three forms of the game for Victoria and has caught the eye of national selectors as his inclusion in the Prime Ministers XI and the Australia A series against Pakistan A shows.
A character of the change rooms, 'Dutchy' spent the winter working hard on his game at the Cricket Australia Centre of Excellence where he impressed enough to receive a call up to the Australian ODI squad for the VB tour of India. The 2009/2010 season has seen the spinner play all three forms of the game for Victoria and he was also selected for the PM's XI that played the West Indies in Canberra.
