The Gabba
The Brisbane Cricket Ground, also known as The Gabba, is a major sports stadium in Brisbane. It is named after the suburb of Woolloongabba, in which it is located.
The ground first held an international match in 1931 when Australia defeated South Africa. Don Bradman stroked a double century in the match.
